Bill Cipher is a character from the Disney cartoon Gravity Falls. His personality is hilarious and he is a very interesting character. One of the more complex plushies I've made, with several pattern pieces and measurements to ensure correct placement. It was the first time I tried embroidering with my machine for the eye. The top hat was a little difficult to put together and attach but it worked out. He makes a very nice pillow. When sitting he is 16 inches, standing is 24 inches, and he is 3 inches wide.
